As most of you know, my church – Central Christian – has an Online Campus. It has been a huge blessing over the last few years to see stories of life-change as God has grown and used this Campus. People from all sorts of situations and walks of life attend each weekend. From the military, to prisons, to nurses working swing shifts and gathering around a laptop to attend together – the Online Campus has created an opportunity for worldwide community. I even received a picture from a friend of mine recently who was fishing and watching services on his iPad at the same time!

But there’s also another group of people that we’ve found who attend regularly – and that’s pastors. Specifically those pastors who have churches of around 150 to 500 people in attendance. I wanted to take a moment and offer some words of encouragement to those pastors, because I’ve been there.

Being the pastor of a church that size can be one of the toughest jobs, but it’s also the most rewarding. You have a vision and passion to take things to the next level and really see growth in your church, but you are faced with so many roadblocks, challenges, and limitations.

That’s why I want to share some news that I am so very excited about. Central is praying about partnering with around five different churches in this next year to help them move forward into the future and make an even greater impact on their communities for Christ!
